Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Online Policy ONLY. Returns are done by case by case basis. 710 Vapors reserves the right to deny a a returns claim under any situation  Your item must be in its original unopened and unused condition to be returned. All exchanges are on a case by case basis and subject to the approval of 710 Vapors. 710 Vapors reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds on cases.  Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please email 710vapors@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Do ship item without email confirmation of receipt of return first. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include but are not limited to; e-liquid, Electronic Devices, Coils, etc.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. All exchanges are on a case by case basis and subject to the approval of 710 Vapors. 710 Vapors reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds on certain cases.
